FORT :

This is the second part of our retreat series founded on parkour principles Être Et Durer, Être Fort, and Être Utile. Over the course of 2 nights and 3 days we will share meals, move, recharge and play together while challenging what we are mentally and physically capable of.

Coaches Jesse Danger and Roberto Segueiro will lead us through daily movement sessions, both in our upstate home and through the wild on a day-long hike to High Falls while our resident photographer, Steve Zavitz, captures what is sure to be a memorable weekend.

Through daily mindful explorations of movement and proactive conversations, we will explore what it means to overcome obstacles and grow as a community.

WHERE?

Hudson, NY

Start Together, Finish Together .

We will pick everyone up from the Washington Square Park Arch and hop in a van to make the trip upstate together. Day passes are available for locals.
