Discovery, Teamwork & Play:

Our classes are all about active exploration. Discover your own movement personality and preferences, an ability to play physically that you didn’t know you had, and possibilities for movement in your environment that you weren’t able to see before. We believe that parkour is accessible and beneficial to all.

No matter your movement background or physical fitness level you can play, learn, explore, and develop a better relationship with movement and move with others. Challenge yourself with new and creative goals that are rarely found in traditional sports and fitness with all the variety provided by movement practice.

➥ Read First

  • Wear comfortable weather appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle. If you bring a bag make sure you can travel with it hands-free.
  • Please reserve your spot in class prior to arrival. (drop in is $5 more than a $30 single class) A team member will reserve your spot if it is your first class.
  • Please arrive to class 5 minutes early. In the winter coaches leave the indoor meet-up spot at the beginning of the class in order to warm up on the way to the park. Make sure your on time!
  • Cancellations must be done 3 hours prior to class start time. If you do not cancel your reservation your pass cannot be used towards another class.
  • Classes will be cancelled if no one is signed up the night before. Contact your coach if you want to attend.
  • If you decide to drop in, please check the schedule to ensure the class has not been cancelled.

➥ Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be done 3 hours prior to class start time. If you do not cancel your reservation your pass cannot be used towards another class.

Purchase your first class here and we will create an account for you so you can log in and sign our waiver. We can help you decide on a class if you aren’t sure which is the right fit for you. After you attend your first class, we’ll show you how to purchase future classes and memberships through your profile. You can buy multiple first time classes if you are bringing friends, and we’ll help them make profiles as well.

Tuesdays 6:30p-8:30p with Roberto & Jesse

Our Community Conditioning sessions also rotate locations so we can share new spots and neighborhoods. By training in new spaces every week we learn how to hone our parkour vision so we find opportunities for movement and collaboration in any space.

This class with Roberto Santiago will focus on exploring and improving your range of mobility and proprioception using parkour methodology and movement. This class is right for you if you want to connect to your inner signals and build strength that is functional and sustainable in your life.

Primal Fitness

Primal Movement is focused on developing and improving several forms of primate movement. Classes involve a series of conditioning exercises followed by skill exploration. We will spend time on fundamental movements such as running, climbing, crawling, jumping, and rolling.

While this class is geared towards those with a knowledge of parkour fundamentals, we welcome all movers who are looking to develop their fundamental parkour game.

Coach Max Henry will be moving to Colorado in the spring, so he’s teaching a Fundamentals crash course designed to jump start your parkour training and prepare you for spring.

Open Gym Movement Creative Parkour Lafayette

Open Gym @ 440 Lafayette

Sundays 1p-3p with John Dizon

Our Open Gym is the perfect session if you'd like more personal time to practice movement. Check out our Parkour Pop-up Kit and find your own challenges with this non-guided studio time. This session runs alongside a Youth Club ran by John Dizon. Although there is a coach present, there is no direct instruction. Particpants are free to use our kit, precision trainers, and boxes to practice as they please.

  • Open Gym is free for Master Members and Community Members
  • Participants must have attended 1 class or event with us before attending Open Gym
  • Current Members can bring a friend who has not attended class after asking a coach
